Influence
I-types are enthusiastic, optimistic, and socially skilled. You energize groups, build relationships easily, and thrive on collaboration and recognition.
S
Steadiness
S-types are patient, reliable, and team-oriented. You value stability, support others consistently, and prefer predictable environments where trust can develop over time.
C
Conscientiousness
C-types are analytical, precise, and quality-focused. You value accuracy, follow systems rigorously, and produce careful, well-researched work.
